Gallery of Jewels offers the following exchange policy:
We are happy to allow customers an exchange or store credit for merchandise within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds. All returns must be accompanied by receipt. Customer will incur any shipping costs associated with returns. All return merchandise must be in perfect, unworn condition.
All sales are final on exchanged items.
Exchange or online credit:
- Contact Gallery of Jewels Office at: email@example.com and notify us of your intent to return.
- You will be provided with information for return shipping. Customer must return the unworn item in its original packaging with receipt postmarked within 14 days of original purchase.
- Once the item is received you will be emailed with a gift voucher code for exchange amount, good towards a future online purchase. Gift voucher codes do not expire.
- At this time, gift vouchers for online sales cannot be redeemed in store.
Exchange for in-store credit:
Customers are also welcome to exchange items at any one of our 3 San Francisco Locations.
- Present the unworn item in its original packaging to sales associate within 14 days of purchase.
- Customers may select a new piece of merchandise or receive store credit good for purchase at any of our 3 San Francisco Locations. Store credit does not expire.
- At this time, in-store credit may not be applied towards online purchases.
Holiday Exchange Policy:
Purchases made between November 4th and December 23rd, may be exchanged through January 6th, 2017. Exchange must be presented with original receipt. HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
Gallery of Jewels offers gold trade-in
Gallery of Jewels can take your broken, unwanted, and unworn gold and platinum jewelry to be recycled for trade in.
- Gallery of Jewels will remove all stones, enamel, and non-precious metals in order to determine the karat and current market value of jewelry.
- We offer store credit based on the value of goods at current market value. We do not issue checks.
- Consultation appointments for this service are preferred in order to serve you better.

When will my order ship?
We need up to 4 days to process your shipment as the jewelry needs to come from the Galleries to our office for shipping.
Shipping time takes an additional 1-3 days depending on your location in the Continental U.S.
Please Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time
Do you Gift Wrap?
All Gallery of Jewels items will arrive gift wrapped with a complimentary artist bio card.
Is my shipment insured?
Rest assured, we provide insurance on all items shipping from our online shop.
What carriers can you ship my item with?
At this time, Gallery of Jewels ships only through the US Postal Service.
I need an item sooner than you can ship. What can you do?
All items shown in our online shop are available for purchase in our galleries. We encourage you to visit the designer’s parent gallery (located on their bio page) if you require faster turnaround.
The Gallery of Jewels Experience
At any given time Gallery of Jewels collectively showcases over 140 distinct jewelry designers. Our galleries each host a unique selection of artists that reflect the styles and tastes of their neighborhood. At this time, approximately 50 collections can be found in each gallery. We encourage you to 'meet' each of our 3 San Francisco Galleries for the full GOJ Experience.

Approximately half of our collections are from designers who live and create here in the Bay Area.
We are eager to help you with all of your custom jewelry needs.
We understand your vision for creating the perfect piece. Whether you're starting from scratch or reworking an existing piece our Jewelry Experts will be there from sketch to final polish. Thanks to our expansive artist repertoire, we can pair you with a designer who's an expert on your materials and preferred style. You can even add a personalized final touch with gemstones and hand engraving.
Gallery of Jewels is happy to work with your existing stones in your custom design, or we can help you source the stone that's right for you. With your ideal qualities in mind we can help you source the best gem and diamond options within your design budget. We are passionate jewelry experts ready to share our knowledge and creativity with you.
Gallery of Jewels offers repairs for the artists we carry. We encourage you to bring your items in need of attention to one of our 3 San Francisco Locations. Our jewelry experts will happily provide you a free repair consultation.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Ring resizing
- Clasp replacement
- Gem setting and gem replacement
- Cleaning and polishing
If you have purchased an item online that is defective or in need of repair, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, Receipt number, and date of purchase in the body of the email so that we may assist you.
We happily offer Shipping with Insurance.
All items purchased in our online shop will be shipped signature required with tracking and insurance. Please note that you cannot waive signature required as it is part of our insurance agreement.
Items purchased in store can be shipped through US Postal Service Priority Mail. Our Jewelry experts will happily provide information on shipping services during gallery checkout.
No, Gallery of Jewels does not repair watches or replace watch batteries.
A number of our designers are dedicated to using recycled metals and reclaimed gemstones.
A Gallery of Jewels associate will be happy to introduce you to these collections during your visit.
At this time, Gallery of Jewels ships only through the US Postal Service.
Gallery of Jewels Trunk Shows are exciting events that bring designers and customers together.
We love our designers. We know you will too! Gallery of Jewels hosts monthly special events that showcase our most popular designer collections. During these events we are able to display the designer's full collection and offer our clients the opportunity to meet the special people behind their favorite pieces. These are fun filled evenings with libations, great company, and the opportunity to try on and shop the Designers’ entire range. We offer preferred pricing on trunk show merchandise during the event.
One-on-one appointments are available for each GOJ Trunk Show to serve you better. Design the perfect wedding set, select a special gift, or secure your slot for first pick of the jewels. It's a special time for you to shop with our featured artist. Contact a Jewelry Expert to schedule yours today!
